State Farm Arena was originally booked on Friday for a Janet Jackson concert and it would have taken place as scheduled if the Celtics had defeated the Hawks in Game 5.

However, Atlanta won in Boston and forced Game 6. Because of that the concert had to be moved to another day. Jayson Tatum apologized Jackson for that.

“I wanna send an apology to the legend Janet Jackson… we were supposed to close it out in Boston. She had to postpone her show. I hope she sees this, you know, I apologize for that. But we got it done today,” Tatum said, via Awful Announcing.
