According to lrytas.lt, Jonas Maciulis will not be playing abroad next season. Player and the club agreed on the new contract which is much bigger than the old one. 23-year-old forward should sign 3-year contract with Zalgiris with the possibility to cancel it after two seasons.
Maciulis's agen Maurizio Balducci confirmed that the player received offers from Barcelona, Real Madrid, TAU Ceramica and other clubs. But Zalgiris offered good conditions that helped Jonas to make a decision.
Jonas Maciulis should earn around 800.000 Euros next season in Zalgiris.
