The Bulls will have to release a player to make room for Patrick Beverley who is set to join the team after agreeing to a buyout with the Magic.

According to K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports, it is likely that Goran Dragic will be released. The 36-year-old Slovenian who played a backup role in Chicago.

His playing time and usage has been on decline, especially since January.

This season Dragic is averaging 6.4 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 15.4 minutes per game.
