Donte DiVincenzo is having his best year by far in terms of three-point shooting. He is making 41.5% of the shots from beyond the arc this year.

Over the seven games in February that he has played so far, the 26-year-old shooting guard is making 51.1% of his threes. Recently he was asked how he has improved his shot so much.

“Same shot [it’s always been],” he said. “I was actually talking to coach a little bit about a little bit of hand placement and stuff, working on that. Once I kind of got his input on that and I started to kind of feel that little bit of change and confidence came. Now it’s just a repetition of that.”

This season DiVincenzo is averaging 8.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 25.1 minutes per game.
