Danny Green has been a member of the Grizzlies since June when the 76ers traded him to Memphis, but he is yet to play a game for his new team.

The 35-year-old guard went down with an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and lateral cruciate ligament (LCL) in his left knee during a playoff game in May.

Seven months after the injury, Green can see the light at the end of the tunnel as he is nearing a return, which he expects to take place before the All-Star break.

“The knee is going smoothly. We’re in a good pace and hopefully you’ll see me before the break. That’s the target right now,” Green told ESPN, via Evan Barnes of Memphis Commercial Appeal.
