The Warriors and the Celtics are set to face each other on Saturday for the first of the two regular season games. It will be a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals.

Andrew Wiggins will be out for the defending champions due to an adductor strain, head coach Steve Kerr confirmed, per Kendra Andrews. This season the 27-year-old small forward is averaging 19.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 32.8 minutes per game.

It has been a contrasting season so far for the 2022 finalists. Boston (21-5) is currently sitting atop the Eastern Conference with the best record in the entire league, while Golden State (13-13) barely hangs in the play-in zone in the West.
