During Kings vs. Hawks postgame on Wednesday, Sacramento head coach Mike Brown talked about the recent production he’s been getting from Malik Monk off the bench (averaging 18.0 PPG/2.0 RPG/3.8 APG/1.0 SPG/56.9% FG/35.7% 3-PT/85.7% FT in his last five games).

(via Sacramento Kings):

“He’s been giving us a big, big lift. Not just with his scoring and his shooting ability, but his ability to play-make, too. His ability to play-make and get others involved has been fantastic. His ability to finish around the rim has been great. He’s versatile defensively. So he’s been a big lift. He’s always engaged, which makes it easy trying to talk out there on the floor and help his teammates. He’s been good for us.”
