The New York Knicks star guard Jalen Brunson scored a season-high 34 points in a 129-119 victory over the Shai Gilgeous-Alexander-led Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night.
“The best part of his game is he can give you whatever you need,” Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said. “If you need scoring, he gives you that. If you need playmaking, they were doubling at the end, he was creating layups for us. So he can read the game really well and that’s a big plus, that’s what you want out of your point guard.”
