Eastern Michigan nearly defeated Michigan on Friday night in an 88-83 neutral site loss, headlined by Emoni Bates’ 30 points. I know it’s only one game, but after last night, I think we can all say Emoni should be just fine going forward (doesn’t turn 19 until late January).
