Josh Primo accuser Dr. Hillary Cauthen got emotional when talking about leaving the San Antonio Spurs, saying that she’s lost the impact to help others in the organization.

“I was honored and grateful to even have the opportunity to be embedded in the team. It’s very rare to have someone that has the chance to build something with an organization. I chose to build something with people that I trusted. And I feel like, more importantly, I’ve lost the impact to help other individuals in that organization. It was taken away from them. I lost my job, it’s really hard.”
