The Mavericks are through to the second round of the playoffs after eliminating the Jazz in six games (4-2). It is the first time since 2011 – the year when the Mavs won their only championship – that Dallas won a playoff series.
Luka Doncic, who had 24 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists in Game 6, was excited with the win. He waived the Utah fans “Bye bye!” after his team secured the win.
Dallas will face the best regular season team the Suns in the second round.
