The Lakers have four players on the injured list, namely Anthony Davis, Kendrick Nunn, Avery Bradley and Carmelo Anthony. Head coach Frank Vogel provided an update on their status after yesterday’s practice.
“Avery’s out, still day-to-day,” Vogel said. “Melo is back and is probable for tomorrow night. So hopefully he’ll be back in there, he did participate in full practice. K-Nunn is coming out of the break, gonna ramp up his work again and see how the knee responds. But will still remain out. AD’s here. He was here today moving around gingerly without crutches. But obviously it’s gonna be a long road for him.”
Los Angeles will try to make a run and force their way into a direct playoff spot. With 27 wins and 31 losses they are currently ninth in the Western Conference. The Lakers are playing against the Clippers next.
