Brooklyn Nets superstar Kyrie Irving still has to miss his team’s home games due to Covid-19 vaccine mandates in New York City.

The 29-year-old point guard is among the players in the NBA that refused to take the jab and happens to play in a market that has restrictions in place that prevent him from playing.

Irving still gets asked about his decision not to get vaccinated. A recent example of that was a journalist asking Kyrie if he feels ‘guilty’ for not no taking the jab.

“You said guilt? About what?” Irving responded. “Don’t bring your personal emotions in here. C’mon now. C’mon now, puppeteers. We’re back here. Play your media games with somebody else, bro.

“Please understand there’s a lot going on in the world and I’m here as a human being just like you, bro. Please respect my boundaries, man. That’s all I’m asking, bro. There’s no guilt that I feel.

“I’m the only player that has to deal with this in New York City because I play there. If I was somewhere else in another city, there probably wouldn’t be the same circumstances.”
