Following a 96-90 close win against the Detroit Pistons, the two Brooklyn Nets superstars had nothing but praise for a specific rising star.

Pistons rookie Cade Cunningham showed off in the inter-conference duel, leaving a real impression on two of the game’s most remarkable players.

“I love Cade’s game,” Kevin Durant said while holding Cunningham’s jersey as per Alex Schiffer of The Athletic. “I think he’s going to be a tough, tough cover for a long time.”

Meanwhile, James Harden noted the solid night of the former Cowboy star, acknowledging further the teenager’s size and shooting confidence.

Cade had himself a heck of a performance against the Nets, putting up 17 points (6-for-17 shooting splits), four boards and two assists — aiding the Pistons to have a close match against the season favorites to win it all.

Indeed, these are uplifting comments for the number one overall pick of the recent draft, who suffered a sprained ankle and was sidelined for a month to recover. Suiting up in three games so far, he is finally showing some glimpse of the sensational talent he possesses, though a little bit rusty after a long layoff.

Detroit will face Brooklyn for the third time this season on December 12.
