Former Chicago Bull Bobby Portis recently looked back on his unfortunate 2017 physical incident with Nikola Mirotic that resulted in Mirotic suffering serious injuries.
Portis told The Athletic’s Shams Charania that the two actually played great together when Mirotic returned from injury, but hasn’t talked to him since the current FC Barcelona star was traded to New Orleans a few months after.
Hopefully one day the former Bulls teammates can talk again, as Portis said there’s “no hard feelings” towards Mirotic.

“What’s so crazy is me and (Mirotic) were balling together when he came back from injury. I haven’t talked to him ever since then, but no hard feelings at all my way. I was 22 at the time, and he was 26 or something. So we were both young guys. That’s a blur for me.”
