Steph Curry will not be available for the Golden State Warriors vs. the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday. The Warriors are calling his injury a day-to-day.
The 33-year-old landed awkwardly on his backside in the third quarter against Houston and didn’t return to the floor. Through 39 games this season, Curry is averaging 29 points, 6.2 assists and 5.3 rebounds per contest.
The Warriors are barely over 500. (21-20) after their Wednesday’s win over the Houston Rockets. They are 8.5 games out of the first place in the Western Conference.
Nico Mannion and Brad Wanamaker are expected to receive increased minutes on Friday’s matchup vs. Memphis, while Jordan Poole could be an option for as long as Curry is sidelined.
