Myles Turner was made available for a trade by the Indiana Pacers prior to this season, but no deal was made in the end. Quite a few teams were interested in the 24-year-old center. Among them were the Lakers and the Clippers. In the end Turner stayed with the Pacers.

“The New York Knicks, L.A. Lakers, L.A. Clippers, Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans Pelicans are among those who have explored whether the Pacers are willing to part with the league’s leading shot-blocker, league sources tell IndyStar.”

According to the above report, Indiana is not looking to trade Turner prior to the coming trade deadline. However, things could quickly change if the right offer comes along.

This season, Turner is averaging 13.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1 assists in 31.3 minutes per game.
