Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is still out with a calf injury with the latest reports suggesting that he won’t return until after the All-Star break.

With two games remaining for the end of the first part of the season, the veteran forward is unlikely to return, per Chris Fedor of cleveland.com.

“Given the Cavs only have two games remaining — Monday in Houston and Wednesday at home against the Indiana Pacers — before a needed nine-day break, sources said the team doesn’t see the upside in pushing it. They want to use the extra days to get his calf better, so he can be 100 percent for the Second Half.”

Love has been sidelined since December 27, after aggravating a calf injury originally suffered in the preseason opener. He is averaging 9.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in two games this season.
