The Detroit Pistons will not offer a qualifying offer for Thon Maker, per Adrian Wojnarowski. As a result, Maker will become an unrestricted free agent.

Maker was traded to Detroit two seasons ago. He was a first round pick in the 2016 Draft, where the Bucks selected him with the No. 10 overall pick.

Throughout his first four seasons in the NBA, the promising center averaged 5.0 points and 3.2 rebounds shooting 40 percent from the field.
