Luka Doncic made his NBA playoff debut this season and broke multiple recordσ while doing that. He became the only player alongside Michael Jordan to average 31 plus points in the playoffs, among other milestones.
Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe thinks that Doncic has already qualified as a superstar but unlike Jeff Van Gundy he does not think that Luka is a Top 5 player yet.
“I’m not ready to say Luka is a Top 5 player just yet. I need to see him string together some seasons before I jump to that conclusion. Do I believe he’s a superstar after what I’ve seen after 2 years? Yes, but to say he’s Top 5, I’m not going there yet,” Sharpe said on UNDISPUTED.
