Golden State Warriors’ best defensive player Draymond Green, on the latest ‘All The Smoke’ podcast, expressed his thoughts about himself as a screener:

“I take pride in that [making screens for his teammates]. I got better as a player, I got better as a person and as a leader. I became a better screener for sure. Even learning the screen for D’Angelo Russell it’s completely different than learning the screen for Steph Curry and Klay Thompson,” he said.

“I got better and that’s gonna make me even better for the next year. I am definitely the best screener that have ever played in the NBA and they gonna hate hearing that. I am the best f***ing screener ever played,” Green summed up his argument.
