Big man Dwight Howard returned to the Los Angeles Lakers after six years. In a recent sit-down interview with Shams Charania of Stadium, the 33-year-old was asked about Kobe Bryant’s comments that his former teammate ‘is ready’ to succeed with the Lakers:

Howard missed most part of the 2018-19 season owing to injuries, averaging 12.8 points along with 9.2 rebounds per game. As a Laker, he averaged 17.1 points, 12.4 boards and 2.4 blocks per contest in the 2012-2013 season.
