The Washington Wizards are reportedly not interested in discussing a trade involving Anthony Davis despite recent speculation linking the veteran forward to several teams.

The Golden State Warriors have been connected to Davis in recent days, while the Trail Blazers were also rumored to have interest before shifting their focus to acquiring Ja Morant.

Anthony Davis’ agent, Rich Paul, recently met with Wizards officials to discuss the star big man’s future as he becomes eligible to sign a four-year extension worth up to $275 million later this offseason.

Washington acquired Davis from the Mavericks in February in exchange for expiring contracts and two first-round picks.

Although he has yet to make his debut for the Wizards, the franchise has continued building around him after signing Trae Young to a new four-year, $212 million contract and selecting AJ Dybantsa with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft.
