Joel Embiid is officially listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Chicago Bulls, according to Kyle Neubeck of PHLY Sports.

The Sixers star has been sidelined since February 26 due to an oblique strain, with his last appearance coming in a win over Miami, where he posted 26 points, 11 rebounds, and four assists.

Although his numbers have dipped compared to his peak MVP-level seasons, Embiid has still delivered a strong campaign, averaging 26.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.9 assists while helping Philadelphia to a 21-12 record in games he’s played.

His potential return comes at the same time Paul George becomes eligible again after serving a 25-game suspension.

According to Tony Jones of The Athletic, Embiid is expected to play against Chicago as long as there are no setbacks.
