The Los Angeles Clippers are signing guard Jordan Miller to a new two-year contract, according to NBA insider Shams Charania.

Charania reported Wednesday that the agreement comes as Miller is averaging a career-high 9.1 points this season and playing a larger role in the rotation.

Los Angeles is 9-3 when the 6-foot-5 wing scores at least 10 points. The club has also gone 21-12 since he was inserted into the rotation, a stretch that has kept it in the Western Conference play-in mix.

At 26-28, the Clippers sit 10th in the West entering Wednesday. They are 6-4 over their last 10 games and have won their most recent outing.

Miller’s production has risen with opportunity. Through 33 games in 2025-26, he is averaging 19.8 minutes while shooting 51.2% from the field and 35.7% from three-point range.

He is also contributing 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game, along with 2.1 free throws made on 78.7% shooting from the line. His 57.5% effective field goal percentage reflects improved shot selection and efficiency around the rim.

The deal continues a steady climb for the former second-round pick. Los Angeles selected him with the 48th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft before signing him that August.

Miller appeared in eight games as a rookie during the 2023-24 campaign. He averaged 1.6 points in limited minutes while adjusting to the league.

He earned a standard four-year, $8.3 million contract on March 1, 2025, after strong play with the franchise’s G League affiliate. He finished the 2024-25 season with 37 appearances, averaging 4.1 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 11.4 minutes.

The organization waived him on July 8, 2025, before bringing him back on a two-way contract later that month. His performance this season turned that opportunity into a full NBA role.
