The Charlotte Hornets have added Ibou Badji and DJ Rodman on Exhibit 10 deals, according to HoopsHype. The signings bring additional competition and developmental depth to the team’s training camp.

Badji, a 7-foot-1 center from Senegal, spent last season with the Wisconsin Herd in the G League. He averaged 6.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 62.5% from the field.

He also saw NBA action with the Portland Trail Blazers in 2023–24, appearing in 22 games and recording 1.5 points and 2.3 rebounds in limited minutes. His rim protection and size give him potential as a situational defender.

In Summer League play this year, Badji averaged 5.0 points and 4.0 rebounds across two games.

Rodman, the son of Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman, went undrafted in 2024 before carving out a role in the G League. With the Maine Celtics last season, he averaged 6.8 points and 5.7 rebounds over 25 games.

The 6-foot-6 forward also appeared for Charlotte in the 2025 NBA Summer League, where he posted 5.8 points per game while shooting 45.5% from three-point range.

Exhibit 10 contracts are non-guaranteed deals that often serve as gateways to the G League. They allow players to earn bonuses if they join a team’s affiliate after being waived.
