The Boston Celtics extended their winning streak to six games with a commanding 113-95 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Monday night.

Jayson Tatum led the way with 25 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists before leaving the game after a hard foul in the third quarter. The six-time All-Star was knocked to the floor after making his fifth three-pointer and absorbing a Flagrant 1 foul from Domantas Sabonis.

Kristaps Porzingis returned to the lineup after missing Sunday’s game and contributed 16 points and seven rebounds. Payton Pritchard provided a spark off the bench with 20 points, while Derrick White added 12 points and eight assists.

Boston took control early, outscoring Sacramento 30-29 in the first quarter and 26-22 in the second. Despite Tatum’s exit, the Celtics maintained their momentum and held the Kings to just 17 points in the fourth quarter.

Sacramento struggled to find consistency as Sabonis finished with 16 points and 17 rebounds in his return from an ankle injury. DeMar DeRozan led the Kings with 20 points and 10 assists, while Keon Ellis and Zach LaVine each added 14 points.

Boston’s perimeter shooting made the difference, with the team knocking down 19 three-pointers. It marked the 70th time in 72 games this season that the Celtics have hit double-digit threes.

Sacramento will have little time to regroup with the Oklahoma City Thunder coming to town for a back-to-back on Tuesday. Boston, now 53-19 and second in the Eastern Conference, will look to keep rolling as they continue their road trip.
