Luke Travers and Melbourne of Australia’s NBL have mutually agreed to part ways, allowing Travers to pursue NBA opportunities.
The Cleveland Cavaliers retain Travers’ draft rights, having selected the 6-foot-7 forward with the 56th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.
Travers, nearly 23, averaged 12.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game last season with Melbourne after four years with Perth.
