The Philadelphia 76ers are signing guard Jeff Dowtin Jr. on a two-way NBA contract, according to NBA insider Shams Charania.

Dowtin Jr. impressed in the NBA Summer League, averaging 17.1 points and 5.7 assists per game for the 76ers.

This past season, the 27-year-old appeared in 12 games for Philadelphia, averaging 4.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 11.8 minutes per game.

In addition to his NBA appearances, Dowtin Jr. played 20 games in the G League with the Delaware Blue Coats.

For the Blue Coats, he averaged 19.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in 32.4 minutes per game.
