Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks led the Houston Rockets (34-35) to a 127-117 victory over the Chicago Bulls (34-36) on Thursday night, extending their winning streak to seven games in a row.

Green scored team-high 26 points, while Brooks contributed 23 points before being ejected from the game following an altercation with DeMar DeRozan in the third quarter.

Following a physical altercation between Brooks and DeRozan, which resulted in both players being ejected, the Rockets capitalized on the ensuing chaos to seize control of the game and build a commanding lead.

The Rockets also had a strong performance from rookie Amen Thompson (15 points, 8 rebounds) and bench players Jock Landale (17 points, 12 rebounds), Aaron Holiday (15 points), and Jeff Green (15 points).

Chicago, led by Ayo Dosunmu’s stellar 35-point performance, fought valiantly throughout the game but ultimately fell short against a determined Rockets squad.

Despite the loss, Nikola Vucevic recorded his 40th double-double of the season with 16 points and 14 rebounds. DeRozan also recorded 16 points before the ejection.
