Joel Embiid’s return to the court for the Philadelphia 76ers remains uncertain in terms of a fixed timeline, but the team is optimistic about his comeback before the conclusion of the regular season.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, there is “some hope” that Embiid could make a return in late March. The Sixers are aiming for this timeline to allow Embiid sufficient time to regain form before the commencement of the 2024 NBA Playoffs.

Wojnarowski also mentioned that Philadelphia is approximately a week away from obtaining a more precise timeline for Embiid’s return.

The reigning MVP sustained an injury on January 30 during a game against the Golden State Warriors, causing him to miss the last 12 games.

Throughout this period, the 76ers have accumulated a record of 4 wins and 8 losses.
