De’Aaron Fox’s 41-point explosion propels Kings past Bulls

De’Aaron Fox dropped an astounding 41 points, leading the Sacramento Kings (29-19) to a resilient 123-115 victory over the depleted Chicago Bulls (23-27) on Saturday night.

Accompanying Fox’s scoring outburst, Domantas Sabonis showcased his exceptional consistency with a triple-double, recording 13 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists. This marked Sabonis’ 14th triple-double of the season and extended his streak to 31 consecutive games with at least a double-double.

Malik Monk contributed significantly with 22 points and seven assists off the bench. Another reserve, Trey Lyles, added 16 points.

Despite missing key players such as Zach LaVine, Patrick Williams, and Dalen Terry due to injuries, the Chicago Bulls fought valiantly.

Coby White led the team with 26 points, while DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic added 24 points each. White also contributed six rebounds and four assists, while DeRozan had seven rebounds and six assists, and Vucevic grabbed 12 rebounds to complete a double-double.

With Zach LaVine set to undergo season-ending surgery on his right foot next week, the Bulls face further challenges in an already demanding season.
