Coby White drops 42 points as Bulls dominate Hawks in play-in game

In a commanding performance, the Chicago Bulls cruised to a 131-116 victory over the Atlanta Hawks in the play-in tournament, fueled by Coby White’s career-high 42 points.

With the win, the Bulls advance to face the Miami Heat for a chance to secure the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

White’s stellar performance was complemented by Nikola Vucevic’s double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds, along with DeMar DeRozan’s 22 points and nine assists. Ayo Dosunmu added 19 points.

Despite a valiant effort from the Hawks, led by Dejounte Murray (30 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists), Trae Young (22 points, 10 assists), Clint Capela (22, 17 points), and Bogdan Bogdanovic (21 points), the Bulls proved to be too much to handle.
