Keegan Murray drops 32 points as Kings end Warriors’ season

Keegan Murray led the Sacramento Kings to a decisive 118-94 victory over the Golden State Warriors, eliminating them from playoff contention.

Murray’s impressive performance, coupled with stellar contributions from De’Aaron Fox (24 points), Domantas Sabonis (16 points, 12 rebounds), Harrison Barnes (17 points), and Keon Ellis (15 points), powered the Kings to a crucial win in the play-in tournament.

With the victory, the Kings keep their playoff hopes alive and advance to face the New Orleans Pelicans in a high-stakes matchup on Friday night.

The Kings avenged the Warriors for eliminated them in seven games of the first round series last season when Sacramento was No. 3 seed.

Golden State was led by Steph Curry, who scored 22 points, with Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody adding 16 points off the bench each. Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins each scored 12 points.

Klay Thompson struggled in what could potentially be his final game with the Warriors as he shot 0-for-10 to finished the game scoreless.
