Zalgiris, having bid farewell to Naz Mitrou-Long, who recently joined Olympiacos, is actively seeking an addition to their roster, with talks reaching an advanced stage for the return of former player Kevin Pangos, reports Jonas Leksas of BasketNews.

The 30-year-old point guard currently with Olimpia Milano, is a familiar face to Zalgiris fans, having played for the Lithuanian champions from 2016 to 2018. His impactful performances during this period earned him a move to FC Barcelona.

In the ongoing EuroLeague season, Pangos has maintained his form, averaging 7.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 3 assists in 24.5 minutes per game, making him an attractive prospect for Zalgiris.

With Zalgiris exploring options to strengthen their squad, the team is not only in talks with Pangos but also reportedly engaged in discussions with Kyle Allman of Darussafaka, indicating an active pursuit of talent to bolster their lineup.
