The Boston Celtics star forward Jayson Tatum spoke to reporters after the Celtics’ 104-103 victory over the Jimmy Butler-led Miami Heat in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Derrick White was able to convert a putback sending the series back to Boston for a Game 7 on Memorial Day night. Tatum scored 31 points, Jaylen Brown scored 26 and Marcus Smart added 21 for the Celtics.
“I’ve never been so excited to go back to Boston in my life,” Tatum said postgame. “I cannot wait to see all the fans on Monday because it’s going to be fun.”
