Tonight the Clippers will face the Lakers in the most important game between the two teams over the last few years.

The Clippers will be without Paul George who sprained his right knee last month. Eric Gordon (right hip soreness) and Marcus Morris (low back spasms) are listed as questionable.

Both teams share the same record (41-38) and are fighting for a direct playoff spot. Currently, the Clippers are in a better position as they are sixth, followed by the Lakers.

The team that will win the game will take the sixth spot. At least before the final two games of the regular season.

The Clippers have the tiebreak, having defeated the Lakers three times this season. Interestingly, they are also 10-0 in the last ten meetings.

It will also be the first time that Russell Westbrook plays against the Lakers since getting traded in February.

Ahead of tonight’s game, the Clippers are considered favorites amongst bookmakers, with NBA lines site Betway pricing them at -182 to beat the Lakers. The NBA odds for the Purple and Gold to win this game are at +175.
