The Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla talked about the team’s 109-94 loss to the New York Knicks on Monday Night. Mazzulla discussed the Celtics missing a lot of open shots:

“I thought we missed a lot of good looks,” Mazzulla said, via ESPN. “They do a good job of putting pressure on the paint, and free throws, and so if you can’t make open shots you constantly have to guard [them attacking the] paint, and they put a lot of pressure on our defense.

“I just didn’t think it was our night.”

The coach also took a slight jab at the officials who he feels may have given the Knicks the benefit of the doubt on some calls:
