The Lakers bounced back after the loss against the Trail Blazers by defeating the Pelicans (120-102).
Sports analyst Skip Bayless watched the game and enjoyed seeing Los Angeles without Russell Westbrook who was traded to the Jazz.
“It’s such a pleasure watching the Lakers without Russell Westbrook,” Bayless tweeted during the game.
Bayless thinks that the current Lakers team should be as good as the Nuggets that lead the Western Conference.
“THE LAKERS HAVE LAUNCHED. THEY FINALLY BLEW SOMEBODY OUT – THE PELS (WITHOUT ZION). NO MORE EXCUSES. LEBRON’S TEAM SHOULD BE AT LEAST AS GOOD AS DENVER,” he tweeted.
