Detroit Pistons rookie Jaden Ivey says that he’s taken on more of a leadership role during the last 4 games with Cade Cunningham being on the sideline (shin).

(via Bally Sports Detroit):

“It’s teaching me a lot. Just having the ball in my hands, and kinda just really being a leader out there on the floor. Telling guys where to go. Just trying to execute plays. It’s a role that I’m stepping into with Cade being out. I just gotta keep working on it each and every game and just keep feeding off my teammates. That’s all I can really do.”
