Kings waive Kent Bazemore and Quinn Cook

According to The Kings Beat’s James Ham, the Sacramento Kings have waived forward Kent Bazemore, 33, and guard Quinn Cook, 29, in a move that trims the training camp roster to 16 players (not counting two-way contracts).
