It mid-February and the Lakers newcomer Kendrick Nunn is yet to play his first regular season game for the team.

The 26-year-old shooting guard has been out with a knee injury since preseason. After a long wait his return is getting close.

According to Lakers general managers and vice president for basketball operation Rob Pelinka, Nunn is expected to come back in late march, as reported by Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times.

Last season Nunn averaged 14.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 29.5 minutes per game for the Miami Heat.
