The latest loss by the Lakers against the Trail Blazers caused strong reactions not only from the team’s legends Magic Johnson and James Worthy.
Suns’ guard Cameron Payne was recorder saying that the Lakers are the worst team in the Western Conference while calling Phoenix the number one team in the world.
“We the number one team in the world, and you worried about the f*cking Lakers. They the worst team in the West,” he said. Payne’s tone changed when he was told that the conversation is being recorded.
“That’s fine they can hear it, bro. We respect the Lakers. We respect every team in the NBA,” was his response.
