The Los Angeles Lakers have officially signed free-agent small forward Sekou Doumbouya to a two-way deal. The 20-year-old was the No. 15 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.

In 94 games (30 starts) across two seasons (2019-21) with the Detroit Pistons, Doumbouya averaged 5.6 points and 2.8 rebounds in 17.3 minutes per game.

The team currently has 20 players on their training camp roster, which is the league maximum, meaning they will have to release someone to add Doumbouya to their open two-way contract.
