The Miami Heat and forward P.J. Tucker agreed to a two-year, $15 million deal Monday, per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
The defensive specialist joined the Milwaukee Bucks mid-season, and helped the team win its first title in 50 years. He averaged 4.3 points and 4.8 rebounds in 29.6 minutes per contest.
Tucker can also hit the occasional corner three and become another rotational option for Miami, who also added Kyle Lowry via sign-and-trade earlier.
Given the relatively low cost, Tucker heading to Miami makes a good amount of sense, as the Heat are hoping to return to the upper echelon of the Eastern Conference.
