The Los Angeles Lakers might be prepared to make an adjustment for Game 2 against the Denver Nuggets. Head coach Frank Vogel is considering inserting Dwight Howard to the starting lineup.

“I’m considering that,” Frank Vogel said on a question about Howard, per Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times. “But I won’t release our starting lineup until tomorrow night 30 minutes before the game.”

“I won’t submit any decisions until the morning of game day. We have a postgame feeling of where we are at, how I feel about it. We’ll watch the tape, measure it again the next day.”

“Have an idea of where we are going without putting it in cement, and then sleep on that next night and wake up the next morning with a plan.”

The Lakers decimated the Denver Nuggets with Dwight Howard doing an incredibly good defensive work on Nikola Jokic.

Howard finished Game 1 with 13 points, 3 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 steals in just 16 minutes of play.
