Former player Arvydas Macijauskas was set to start a new chapter of his career as an assistant coach of LKL team Perlas Vilnius but it turns out that he decided to change his mind.
Macijauskas refused to make any further comments on his decision to leave Perlas. After he signed a contract with Perlas there were some changes in the coaching staff. Head coach Nerijus Zabarauskas was moved to an assistant coach position as Croatian Ivan Sunara became the new head coach at the club.
