The Houston Rockets signed Chris Chiozza

The Houston Rockets and point guard Chris Chiozza have agreed to a contract for the rest of the season.

This season, Chiozza played in the NBA G League for the Capital City Go-Go and Rio Grande Valley Vipers and averaged 13.2 points and 7.7 assists per game.

Rockets sign Chris Chiozza to ROS contract, to get to 14 players. The signing, before and for longer than they had to, is a clear indication they feel Clint Capela won’t earn either $500K bonus (for 30% DRR, 65% FT). They’re now $468K below tax if not ($32K over if he earns one).
