The Phoenix Suns will waive Jawun Evans

The Phoenix Suns will release point guard Jawun Evans.

The Houston Rockets are expected to sign the second-year guard.

On December 7, 2018, the 22-year-old player agreed to a two-way contract with the Suns.

This season, Evans played in seven games for the Suns and averaged 0.9 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
