The Sacramento Kings have signed center Orlando Robinson to a one-year deal.
NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski reported the signing via X.
Robinson, a free agent, previously played 67 games with the Miami Heat over his first two NBA seasons.
During the 2024 Las Vegas Summer League, he averaged 14 points and nine rebounds on 59 percent shooting.
Robinson went undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft and initially joined the Heat on July 14, 2022.
He spent time with the Heat’s G League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce, before signing a two-way contract with the Heat.
Robinson was waived by the Heat in November 2022 but rejoined on a second two-way deal.
He was part of the Heat roster during their 2023 NBA Finals run, though he could not play in the playoffs due to his contract status.
On July 1, 2023, Robinson signed a two-year standard contract with the Heat but was waived on July 7, 2024.
Last season, Robinson played 36 games for Miami, averaging 2.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in 8.4 minutes per game.
